Quick note: 2004 Million Writers Award

Just a reminder to place your vote for best on line story, 2004, and I admit it, I'm campaigning for my pal, Alicia Gifford, who wrote this amazing story, Toggling the Switch. Vote here but please, don't just vote, read her story as well as the others nominated. They are all incredible.

Back later with some really great Rock School photos.

  1. Well as you may (or may not )know, the voting is no longer available. But I did enjoy Alica Gifford's story.

    Thanks for spotlighting it.

  2. Well, I know now. It's been the most appalling experience ever, with computer savvy people "fixing" the vote, etc. by clearling their computer cookies or whatever. It's sickening. Hahahaha - but it does prove one thing. Writers are neurotic, psychotic, self-absorbed nut cases. I ought to know -- I've been writing since age 7.

But the main thing is, you got to read Alicia's wonderful story and hopefully the others as well. For the most part, they are all terrific. Notice I say "for the most part". Ha. My little dig at the cheaters.

And thanks so much for visiting my blog and commenting! It's fantastic to know people are out there reading it and it's very cool to meet you*
